Tile saw

I just bought a tile saw from screwfix, erbauer for £60 and noticed that the supplied blade seems not 100% true

The deviation is less than one millimetre

Is this normal with diamond blades ie you spin it slowly and it looks as if the edge is moving side to side slightly Or do I have a warped blade/ faulty item ?

The blade should not run out of true or at least not so much you can notice it. Try removing it & clean the faces & the faces of the arbour clamp plates. If that doesn’t cure it try another blade if you have one; you need to establish if it’s just the blade or the arbour out of true/bent or you may have to return it.
