Tile trims to hide uneven edge

do tile trims also serve the purpose of hiding a few mm’s difference across tiles on an edge?

I will be tiling inside a shower enclosure and anticipate that the final vertical line may be a few mm’s in or out depending on the accuracy of the cut. Can I use a tile trim to wrap around this edge and hide this?
