Tiled soap holders

Have they become obsolete, all I'm trying to find is a white soap dish the sort that are part of the tiling. Even Ebay only has them from the USA.
I have called a few tile shops, one said we cant get them these days.
Does anyone know a stockist?

Rather old school, not had a bar of soap in the bathroom for years, we use soap dispensers, both sink and wall mounted.
