tileing diagrams

hi I want to tile my bathroom, removing the old tiles first. First question being. The tiles I want to remove are on a dividing wall ( not brick) what is the best way to go about that without digging great chunks out of the plaster. Second question is please does anyone know of a website that actually "shows" how to tile a wall (not text) cutting etc.
