Hey I'm wanting to tile a wall. To set it out so I have a good cut at the top I was goin to put half a tile on top of the skirting board the tile up from this. Doing this by measuring half a tile and the putting a tiling battern across at this point. Is this the best way of doing it? Also will half a tile above the skirting board look ok? Have people done this before? Thanks for any response.
