Tiling half way up a wall.

Hey If I'm tiling a bathroom full tile around the bath area. Then outside the bath area tiling half way up the room, or to the height that makes it look good around the window sils. Do I need to put tile trim on top of the last row of tiles or do people usualy just grout were the last tile ends?

The job will look neater if you finish it off with a trim, rather than grout.

Ok thanks do you no how much roughly a length of tile trim costs? It will just be white trim am using white tiles.

Your standard white plastic tile trim, will cost £2.50-£3.00 for 2.5M lengths.

make sure you choose the correct size trim to match your tiles ( 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 12mm depending on thickness of tile)
