Cutting tiles in situ.

It all turned out all right in the end.

I screwed a lump of 4X2 to the wall as a guide, and sat the wheel guard of a 115mm grinder on it, and it rocked about all over the place! The wheel guard was twisted :(

Took the wheel guard off, and trued it up with a few tonks of a lump hammer till it sat flat on the 4X2.

I picked up a blister pack of 3 cheap 'n' cheerful 'diamond' discs for £6 from a local hardware shop. One disc walked the job.

I chain drilled the bits in the corners with a small masonry bit and cleaned them up with a little cold chisel - job done - and no broken tiles!

It will take me weeks to clean up all the dust though
