tiling garage floor?

advice required,type of tile,preperation,do i need a special adhesive or sand and cement,occasionally jack up car,axle stands ect.not sure if i can get away with tiles but maybe some kind of paving.

What I'd be concerned about is water dripping off the car and accumulating in the trowel ridges under the tile. If you then get cold weather and that water freezes and expands, it will pop your tiles off the floor.

If you still want to tile, I'd enquire about avoiding this problem by setting the tiles in a bed of mastic so that there is no space for any water puddling to occur under the tile.
