Tiling onto floor boards

Has anyone ever used BAL FASTFLEX? It claims that you can tile direct to floor boards which would be handy as it will save building my floor level upto 25mm. I plan to use a 300mmx300mmx10mm. My floor boards look pretty sound


Tongued and grooved floorboards
Ensure boards are dry, rigid and securely fixed (screwed to joists
at 300mm centres, including any cross-noggings, if necessary).
Sand (abrade) surfaces and ensure any surface coatings
removed, e.g. varnish, lacquers, etc.
Seal board surfaces with 2 coats of neat BAL PRIME APD or
BAL PRIMER, applying second coat at 90° to

I know BAL say you can tile over well fitted & fully supported T&G floorboards & Fastflex is good stuff but there is no way I'd risk it; overboard or replace. ;)
