I'm looking to bring an exterior concrete area up to the level of a neighbouring section and then tile it. The screed will be 50 / 60mm. Can I simply tile straight onto the new screed rather than waiting for it to dry and using tile glue? If I do, should I add a slurry or a dusting of cement to the top of the screed to help with adhesion?
Thanks in advance.

I would not advise tiling until screen is dry or the screed will take ages to dry or even stay wet. Ceramic tiles are in effect a DPC in themselves, just as slates were used prior to bitumen.
