Have a wall in dining room which is plasterboarded and then has been lining papered directly on top and emulsioned, have tried to remove some of the paper but it is proving a bit difficult and has taken some of the paper off the board itself.
If I pva it first could I skim over the lining paper or is this an idea destined for disaster at a later point??
