whats the best way to tile round a electric socket do the tiles go up to it or under the face of the socket

It's better to tile up and under the sockets for the best results.

thanks for your replys also is there any good tiling courses in the east midlands i live near derby all the collages are book up till sept 2005
was thinking of the place at stoke that does a week course are these any good or do you need longer
