We do shops and they have a system where the staff do 1 to 4 rings, depending on the situation.
They use transformers and friedland underdome bells.
Sometimes 2 or 3 bells wired up using lengths of 0.75mm 2 core aprox 20 metres each in with the mains wiring.
These seem to fail a lot presumably due to voltdrop, etc and they are looking for alternative methods.
The transformer can be replaced easy, but As the wiring is all boxed in etc it is not easy to replace, anyone know of anything electronic suitable to replace the underdomes .
