hi - i have just had a survey completed on a flat and which i have an accepted offer on and i need help - the survey is fine but recommends work that there should be a damp and timber specialist to look at the roof/loft area - the flat which i am buying (fingers X) is not the top floor and it is an old tenement.
has anybody any advise or come across the same problem of this would involve and how mich it should cost?
