Timber post size?

I am installing some timber driveway gates and the length of the span is 3m in total. Each gate will meet halfway so 1.5m per leaf/gate, and 6 foot high

I am concreting in timber posts each side, what diameter timber post is suitable for this type of job?

4x4?
5x5?
6x6?
