Time switch for E7 range cooker

DNO changed customers old meter and did not replace the old mechanical time switch for the E7 feed to the cooker.
Whats out there to do this stand alone job?

I don't think they necessarily will change the time clock unless it is faulty.

We are talikng about the clock that turns the E7 on and off, yes?
If it's faulty then its up to the lekky supply folk to repair/replace it.

They removed the clock and didnt supply a new one, just a meter that changes rate only visually

Do you mean that there is only ONE meter now which changes the rate?

If so, does that not mean the whole installation is at off-peak rate at the relevant times?
