Time to renew telephone system.

I want to replace our existing telephone system which is a base station and 2 satellites. Most of them do what I need but although there are makes out there that enable conversations to be recorded it seems that you can only play the recording back using the 'phone. Does anyone know of a system that records conversations to an SD card or to any other internal device so that it can be downloaded onto a USB stick ?
