Timer & boiler dead..

Hi

My timer started flaking out last week - flickering on & off, and boiler responding likewise.

Now the timer is completely dead - and no lights on boiler.

If timer unit has gone, would this normally kill power to boiler as well ?

Looks like dodgy fused spur ..
