timer delay switch recommendations

hello I want to control the 1.2kw heater in bathroom by restricting the time it could be left on for .. to avoid costly bills and more to the point, potential meltdowns and fire. I had a wickes manual switch fitted but it was dangerously useless .. the switch mostly got stuck just before reaching off leaving the circuit open.

I want to fit an electronic switch not manual or pneumatic .. the only item I can see being 'popular' online is the green-i timer delay switch but maybe there is a good brand anybody canhelp recommend?

Taylor, it looks like a double post caused by a internet connection issue - not intentional.

I would suggest one of these - http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/SMTGBT5.html

Not expensive, and digital so should get stuck on like a mechanical one.

With a 10-minute gap between them?

What kind of "internet connection issue" are you postulating?

The kind where you press Submit, the page eventually times out and when you go back to that tab press Refresh, and thus the post appears twice.

Anyway this is a pointless debate, and off topic.
