Tivoli Thermostatic shower

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone can help, I have been in the new house for 2 years and the shower was working fine , then for the last month the shower will turn from hot to cold for the duration of the shower. The shower is a Tivoli duo - exposed.not recessed. It is a combi boiler - Vokera Compact.We have tried the shower when all other appliances are off as well.

any ideas?
