Tivoli shower

I have a Tivoli shower which is not hot enough - I have tried turning the temperature control repeatedly but no result. All other hot water to bath, basin etc is fine. I think I need a new cartridge for the shower. Pictures are as attached

Looking at other messages, this may be a Tivoli duo, but not sure - can anyone confirm model number please? I believe I can get the spares from Bristan once I know what type it is. Many thanks.[/url]
