to do or not to do?

Okay.. turning the old bathroom into an office. do I run a seperate ringmain for this one room from the consumer unit, or do i run a spur from an existing ring??
Please help I'm an novice at all this

extend the ring is the best way. but make sure the floor area doesnt exceed 100m^2
