Tobeck Valve Alternative?

Can anybody please advise on a suitable alternative replacement for a torbeck cistern valve? I would hopefully like to try a different type of fill valve. Because of the hard water I have, the torbeck suffers from scale and I also find them awkward when changing the diaphragm.

Fluidmaster PRO45B or PRO75B depending on whether you have a bottom or side entry
