Toilet filling and flushing mechanism

I've had my plumber come out to look at a toilet problem I have. He says it's a foreign made unit and difficult to get parts for and suggested this site to see if anyone can help. I've attached a photo of the workings of the cistern. Hopefully I've added it correctly. Can anyone tell me where I can sourest parts for this. Thanks.

Looks like a Villeroy and Boch set up. Google VandB spares and you should get a result.
