Toilet handle - what's this part called?

Just as an example, see the 'arm' with the holes that the shaft of the handle goes into:

I need to replace the broken one in my cistern but only want to buy the part and not the whole handle assembly.

Edit: ignore this, it's a cistern lever flush arm that I'm after. Mods: feel free to delete this question.

I know that you have sorted it but just want to add my experience. I had the same plastic one fitted and the square hole after a time rounded off so I replaced with a brass one so no more rounded off holes. One like this (not this exact one but same idea )
Might be of help to others or yourself if you have not yet brought a plastic one.
