Toilet has resumed Leaking again!

I think moving the whole toilet is a bit extreme!
There's a little more investigating you can do first.
The leaks could be coming from the bolts themselves. If you could dry the bottom of the cistern and leave tissue wrapped around the nuts, that may give you an idea.
If it were them that's a simple fix.

Silly question, but could the cistern be overflowing? If the water level is set just a little too high, it could find a fixing hole that isnt sealed.

Sometimes the flush valves will leak if not sealed properly, and give the impression that the doughnut washer is leaking.
