Toilet Keeps Blocking

Hi Guys,

I've recently moved into a new flat that is on the ground floor of a converted house.

Everytime the toilet experiences "moderate to heavy use" it blocks up and I have to spend ages trying to plunge the blockage away.

The flat is a converted house and the soil pipe goes through the wall and I think meets up with the soil pipe from upstairs.

I am not sure if it is just that the toilet can not cope or there is a more serious problem at hand.

Does anyone have any ideas?

i would say its blocking further down the line and its only when used alot you notice it not draining away.
check from the nearest manhole back to the stack.
