Toilet leaking

Hi.water tank with toilet is leaking.water level well below the internal overflow pipe.i have noticed water is always running into toilet pan.what could that be.any help is much appreciated.

Probably should be posted in plumbing forum, however sounds like the flush valve seal passing. Is it a push button type?

Do you know what type of flusher you have? Pic would be helpful if you don't know

If it's the one I think it is then it's a £9 part to replace
