I have a noisy toilet when you flush, its like a vibration through the pipes . It seems worse first thing in the morning. Really don't think is a air lock. Will take any advice doing my head in. Also if i did have to pay a plumber how much should i expect to pay.

Either your filling valve wants replacing which you could do if you feel confident enough or sometimes it can be a worn tap washer or depending on what type of system you have it could be a faulty ball valve in a CWSC. Basically you need to check all mains cold water outlets
