Toilet plastic cover for holes

Hi, anyone know where I could get replacement plastic covers to cover these holes on either side of my toilet? What are they exactly called?

Covers should have been included as part of the fixing kit. Not sure how that pan is secured?



Not sure what hole is needing covered either large top one or small lower one. Never seen that on a pan before and I've seen a few.

Its the larger hole at the top. We made a cow boy builder put it on for us and he glued the whole toilet down (the base) with silicone onto tiles.

P.S couple days ago whole toilet got removed and fitted again as flushing kit was installed wrong, so hired a proper plumber and the flush is powerful and clears within one flush!
