Toilet seat mount cover stuck

Hi there,
anyone that knows how I can take off the mount cover of the toilet seat? It usually comes out with an easy pull, but this one seems to be stuck and it's not coming.

I have attached a picture of it.

OK I cannot see a cistern? is the cistern concealed behind a panel of some sort?

Is there any access to the underside of the toilet pan ? it appears that the toilet fits flush to the rear wall?? / panel.

Could be that the toilet may have to be removed to allow you to access the fixings that are holding the lid fixing bar to the toilet itself??

Have you tried to use the two posts to unfasten the fitting?

By any chance do you know the maker of the seat / toilet? if so a search in U-tube may ??? give some insight as to how to remove the fitting?

Problem is that there are hundreds and hundreds of different manufacturers.
