Guys,

Can any of you point me in the right direction as to where I can find toilet seat pads? No merchants seem to know who manufactuers them or sells them.

The closest I've come is the Shanks Anti Vandal Cree pan (with pads attached) however this it outrageously expensive.

Any help would be appreciated

I'm unable to interpret why you posted a question mark.

Maybe you are unable to understand the reason I posted the question. I'm looking for seat pads, not a new pan with pads included. The post made is clear that buying a pan with seats attached was the closest I'd come to overcoming my problem, but at over £400 (outrageously expensive in my opinion) this was not an option.

I'd be interested in knowing the meaning of your reply. Surely the purpose of this site is to assist people where possible, not to annoy them into having to post replies such as this. If however there was genuine reason behind you post then I apologise in advance.

Touchy.

Perhaps like me he would tell you if he knew what the h*ll a seat pad is.

Exactly doitall.
I assumed it was fairly obvious that when I quote a past reference followed by a question mark, it means I haven't understood the quoted reference, and please explain further. Sometimes wonder why we bother to try and help with some of the replies we get.

I think the poster means cushions on the toilet seat.

I would suggest you try a disability aids shop e.g. "Keep Able"

They are wipe-clean. Even so, you can't help but think that sponge is gonna soak up the pi** during its lifetime. yukkky

Bathjobby,

Please accept my apologies, I thought you were implying that I should just go and buy the Cree pan as a solution, I hadn't realised that you didn't know what a Shanks, anit vandal Cree pan was (not that it really matters anyway).

By Shanks I meant Armitage Shanks, Cree is a model of pan they produce, there are two variants, standard and anti vandal. The anti vandal pan has seat pads attached. If interested the details for this are on their web site (i.e The Blue Book to those in the know).

This pan costs in excess of £400. In my opinion this is a lot. Maybe not to some people though.

Mark,

Did you ever find your pads for your cree toilet?

I was searching for the same thing and came acrross your post.

I found them (with a little help from armitage shanks) - they are rubber seat pads. The code for them now is EESC01CL0267 - using this code I contacted Graham (part of the Jewson group) and was able to order them.

Hope it helps you.

Kind wishes.

A good reason to ressurect an old post - I`ve made a note of that ref, as we have a Graham`s nearby
