Hi all,

The toilet is taking about 12 mins to refill. I've toook the lid off to see what it's doing and there is water spraying into the air while it's refilling. The buttons have got some manky green stuff on them aswell.

Here's a short video of it refilling, just 60 seconds.. didn't film the whole refill ;)

Any advise on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks
Darren

Thanks squeaky, I take it there's no way to repair it by replacing a washer or something? If not is this a suitable replacement?

EDIT
Just seen your reply muggles. Think we need a side entrie one? Would it be possible to add a service valve into the system aswell? We don't currently have one.

The stop cock doesn't completely shut off anymore either but that's another issue.

Thanks for you help :)

Here you go

Service valves are available in straight or bent varieties, search Screwfix for service valve and pick the one you need

muggles, will get a washer and if it fails again I'll try one of those.

keego, ah yes that's the one. Just ordered a washer.

Thanks everyone :)
