Toilet waste problem

I am replacing an old toilet, the problem I have is I want to use a close coupled toilet and the middle of the waste which goes through the floor is 10 inches from the back wall.
Does anybody know of a toilet which caters for this problem or am I resigned to building the back wall out.
I want to avoid building the back wall out because the room is very small.

there are toilets that discharge from underneath, they are american though i don't know anyone that supplys them over here, but have a search round, maybe you'll find one, good luck
