I am buying a new build, the upstairs en suite has a frosted glass window, the downstairs toilet, backing onto a patio / garden has a clear window ! , is this correct, it seems odd to me ?

maybe the installer pops back for a little peep or the installer might have been east european

The reasoning being that the first floor window will be more visible to the neighbours presumably?
