Can I have 2 toilets on the same horizontal pipe? If so I cannot find an internal (white) junction pipe for the first one from the soil stack. Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK yes, certainly that is often how commercial installations are done. Though without looking I don't know if the regs have anything to say about it in domestic situations.

You can get manifold systems designed for this eg. http://www.marleyplumbinganddrainage.com/range/1515/1498/wc-manifold.html

Though depending on the installation, might be just as easy to use standard soil pipe fittings - you can get some stuff in white, and be creative

Don't forget the pipe between the two will need to have a fall.

Some white fittings can be hard to come by at local merchants. You can get some on Ebay, such as item http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/uPVC-Soil...DIY_Materials_Plumbing_MJ&hash=item19b3e40106 currently listed. I would also recommend McAlpine http://www.mcalpineplumbing.com/wc-connectors.html for a wide range of connectors. As Galoka has mentioned, you have to maintain a fall on the horizontal pipe and a guide would be 20mm for every 1m run of pipe

Just remember the Marley manifold system is going to be fairly expensive. It is perfectly acceptable to use a standard junction. The biggest difference (other than cost) is the manifold system is usually more compact and comes into its own on commercial projects with a whole range of WC's and minimum use of space..
