woudl anyone recomend using tong and groove as a bath panel? its the ends of the timber and water that worrys me.
all depends on situation and timber treatment as well as bath type
i have done several bath panels from wood[ply /par pine/txg ]
if the bath has a lip and you have skirting then your fairly safe as you stop the planks around 12mm off the floor treat the backs with 2 coats blind nail/pin to the frame then treat the face before fitting the skirting on the front
bath panels dont tend to get wet above the bottom inch much as the water splashed tends to go away from the panel
