Hi Everyone, I would like to build a tongue and groove door for our bathroom tank cupboard. B&Q and Wickes only seem to stock the 8mm thick boards, is this too thin to make a standard tongue and groove door with "z" shaped backing supports? I would like to use the 8mm thick stuff as that is what we are planning to use around the rest of the room. Many Thanks

go to your local timber yard and get 16mm ask for finished size or 4"x3/4 inch
15x87mm coverage
you can select the planks you want
you wont get waney edges and split grooves
