I have to go to a house where the radiators are all very hot but aparantely the room thermostat is set at 20 degrees. I have not been in the house so do not know if the are TRV's as well - very new to this so any thoughts would be appreciated.

if the rads are too hot i suggest looking at the boiler stat first as this is what controls the heat of the rads
