If I were to guess that you have not taken care of your teeth, have not regularly visited a dentist to stop them getting into a state, and have not got a regular dentist who might be prepared to make a special effort to fit in one of his regular patients, would I be anywhere near the truth?

If so, I think the blame lies nearer to home than your imaginary immigrants.

i was told that paracetomol is useless for toothache.... it has to be ibuprofen... and if you ask a dentist or pharmacist, there's a reasonable chance they'd suggest you take more than it says on the box (but don't take more than the recommended dose on my say so !)
