Evening folks.

Looking for real life experience or advice from those in the know.

I have a fairly large kitchen window that I want to replace with a single pane window that can open for ventilation.

The aperture measurements:
W: 1,770mm external, 1,730mm internal
H: 1,050mm external (including ledge), 1,010mm internal

From my research this seems to be too big for a tilt and turn window, the only other option seems to be top guided.

I've not found many manufacturers that make these large enough, two of them are Velfac and Rationel (both just different DOVISTA brands)
Velfac
Maximum dimensions: 1,800mm x 1,488mm

Rationel
Maximum dimensions: 1,798mm x 1,598mm

I wondered if anyone has any experience with a top guided window of this size? We seem to be pushing the width limits.
Will they be too heavy and cumbersome to easily open/close? Any other reasons to avoid these, or other suggestions?

Cheers!
