Size of window too large for one piece opening?

Is a window of 1000mm width and 1700mm height too large to have as a one piece uPVC opening double glazed window?

Either hinged the full length down one side, or alternatively hinged along the top, or alternatively a tilt and turn window.

Too big for a single casement but will be fine for a tilt and turn

Which would be cheaper a uPVC tilt and turn of 1000mm width x 1700mm height, or a uPVC top vent window of same overall dimensions?

Assuming both from same manufacturer/supplier.

Perhaps similar in price?
