Please help - certain patches of floorboard get damp (pictures below).
After pulling them up, under neither and through the board is dry as a bone. There are no leaks on top as I've had them all covered for days but still at certain times they become wetter than previous days.
There are pipes underneath but these feel dry (plus there's no sign of water from underneath at all).
What can be causing this?
