Hi.

Recently re-build the garden fence 5x 2.4m fence posts + 4 x 5ft x 6ft panels that due to digging out the old posts were slightly larger than expected... so i didn't have enought post mix.

However, I put up the fence anyway and all of the posts are re-concreted with postmix with a foot of the posts covered, but this is 6inchs below the level of the ground around it. I presume it's ok to shutter off a suitable area on top of the stuff currently set, and just pour more stuff on top to level it of, otherwise the posts will rot quickly if left underground!

Thanks in advance!
