The most incredible issue is that Boris has harboured a desire to be King of the world since he was little, and he's been prepared to do anything, say anything, or throw anyone under the bus to achieve his ambition.

The electorate are not uninformed, they've been informed many times, by so many people, they just refuse to believe it despite overwhelming evidence.

That isn't foreign policy. It's simply racism.

Blair's foreign policy (liberating Kuwait and war on Iraq) wasn't based on racism. So the two are not comparable.
