towel radiator pipes

I am fitting a towel radiator and the original pipes on the old radiator are 10mm. Can someone please tell me if it is ok to use chrome 15mm pipe from the towel rad and connect to the old pipes under the floor with a reducer.

Yes, but if you use a solder fitting reducer you will have to remove all the chrome from the pipe where the joint is.
