Hi there,

After sometime not using the wall mounted towel radiator from the bathroom, it did stop working. Doesn´t metter which way a turn the handles, the whole radiator remains cold. It is the only radiator having this issue.

The pipes that go into the radiator are hot though when the heating is on, specially the left one. I have managed to remove the handles to understand what could be wrong but I didn´t want to go any further till having some more advise/info.

What are your thoughts?

Thank you

as above... assuming that both valves are open fully (anticlockwise) it sounds like the rad is full of air.

There is likely to be a "bleed" point at the top of the rad. Purchased a bleed key for a quid.

If your heating is provided via a combi boiler rather than a gravity fed system you will need to "top up" the pressure once you have let the air out (in most cases it is a very trivial task- ask back for further advice).

If opps solution doesn't work, then try turning all of the other radiators to off and running the heating - on the chance there is an airlock in the pipework feeding it.
