Can you clear up a simple query or two?

Pipes come through floorboards into towel radiator. Which valves do I require straight or angled?
Also, pipe is 10mm. Are there special valves out there or do they come supplied with a conversion option?

Thanks in advance.

what valves are on it just now?

you can get 10mm valves or you can use a reducing olive on a 15mm valve.

The current one's are angled valves but I'm replacing an ordinary radiator with a towel rail.

You will need straight valves then and as nickso says you can use adaptor sets to fit the microbore.

Thanks very much.

So I can order standard (straight) 15 mm valves and adjust via a reducing olive?
No need to search for valves with a 15mm x 10mm outlets then?

You can always try but your selection will be quite limited and poss more exe.

i would try and find a 10mm set first but if not then just use a reducing olive.....it will make little difference.

i always find the reducing olives just that little bit more prone to leaks......especially if the wife isnt too careful where she aims the hoover.
