Hello

I am need of advice regarding my towel rail radiator in my upstairs bathroom, it's not heating up at all. However the pipes leading from the floor to the radiator are hot - not the actual heater.

Both valves on the heater have been turned anti clockwise ,even then the heater isn't heating up.

I've also tried bleeding it and that still didn't resolve the problem.

All the other heaters in the house are working fine.

Can anybody offer me any advice ? I'd be grateful for it

does that mean you got water from bleed valve or nothing came out?

There maybe an air lock...Turn off all the other radiators and just leave the towel rail on.. If this doesn't work then it must be the valves.

It's not been weeking since 2 weeks, it's been working before that.

I'm not sure about switching the other radiators off, how do I do this ?
There are two valves per radiator.
Do I turn both valves per radiator clockwise or just one of the valves?

Am I right in thinking when all the other radiators are off. .
The upstairs towel rail should work, if both valves are turned anti clockwise on it ?

Despite me turning each radiator's vave clockwise, they are still heating up.
And the rail isn't heating up.

Ignore the previous reply, I hadn't turned them off properly.

Update:
I switched the heatings off except for the non working one, and it didn't fix the problem :(

Anymore suggestions ?
Should I bleed it again in the morning ?

The radiator still isn't working..
However one of the pipes leading to the radiator is really hot, so is the valve.
The other pipe leading from the ground is freezing
