I have both tapo and Kasa hubs, since they double as door bells, not a problem. And I need to set up a thermostat or relay to turn on boiler when living room is cold, but hall warm enough.

I was considering Hive in parrellel with my Nest Gen 3 just for central heating, needs some wireless link to flat where the boiler is.

Clearly the Kasa TRV is a thermostat, and if that can cause a relay to close when target exceeds current then that's it solved. As it is I manually raise the nest temp.
